That is great! I work in Long Island Shitty, and truly there is nothing hip there.
lame, lame!!! steve maddenn really sucks thats why he thinks long island city is cool.
newsflash geniuses: steve madden's headquarters are in long island city. that's where the shoes coem from. i don't think it's a statement about the hipness of long island city.
I'm glad LIC isn't "hip"- it means regular people like me can afford to live there!!! and ps, there are many factories that make shoes, handbags,etc in LIC.
please, please, please don't let long island city become cool, hip, or anything remotely attractive to people who actually traffic in terms like "cool" and "hip" without a hint of irony. just stay in williamsbug, or in the villages, or cling to the fringes of the slope, but please stay out of queens!!! it's for losers, really. you don't want to be here!!! no coolness. no hipness. yuck.
haha the funny part is that steve maddens hq is really on the sunnyside/woodside border, not LIC. i guess they don't think the 'sides are that cool. good.

Wherever Steve Madden's company headquarters are, the shoes themselves are made in China or something, no? By the way, when did Steve Madden get out of jail? I know, I know, a company can still advertise when its namesake is in jail. I'm just wondering, that's all.
